Housing Loans

Nominal Member or Associate Members are eligible to borrow the loans.

• for Construction of Houses and purchase of house/flat.
• or repairs, alterations and additions to the existing house.
• for purchase of site.

The maximum quantum of loan to an individual borrower for construction of House shall not exceed Rs. 30,00,000/-. The maximum quantum of loan to an individual borrower for repairs, additions and alternations, shall not exceed Rs.1.00,000/-.
