A Co-operative Society or an individual intending to avail of a Bank Guarantee shall apply in the form prescribed for the purpose.
The Co-operative Society applying for the Bank Guarantee shall be in a sound financial position, showing good working results.
The application of the Co-operative Society for issue of a guarantee shall be accompanied by a resolution duly passed by the Managing Committee of the Society requesting the Bank to issue a Bank Guarantee.
